It's always something with a Ford Taurus. For instance, just this past Thursday, at 11:14am PST, I was driving south on Highway 70 here in Yuba Co. and right in front of me was a silvery Ford Taurus. Was it just driving along? NO. This Taurus was listing all over the road... a few minutes in the shoulder, a quick jerk into the left lane and then a drift back into the shoulder.
And then, last night at Sacramento International Airport in the parking lot for Terminal B, I was simply walking along and noticed a Ford Taurus backed into a space. It looked odd because there was no driver's seat... oh wait. Yes, there is. But it's laid out because someone was passed out in the front seat of this Taurus. At the Airport. Window open.
And then this morning on Craig's List was a fine posting:
I am looking for a 1996 for Taurus drivers side front door, prefferably
the stock dark green color. If you have anything please email me and
let me know your price. Thanks.
Best of all, I like the way the Taurus lurches forth from the bush to grab the Hawaiian.... but truly, if a Taurus is involved, it's all good...
Additional personally hunted shots of the Ford Taurus will be posted here soon...
